The Township is in the process of applying for funding to do road improvements to the following roads with in the Village of Newmanstown: W. Alumni Ave. The funding is through a Community Development Block Grant program administered by the Lebanon County Redevelopment Authority. If your residence is along W. Main St. or W. Alumni Ave. you will be receiving an Income Survey in the mail. Please complete and return the survey as soon as possible. A representative may also go door to door with the survey. This type of grant requires the surveys and without your cooperation this project may not be eligible. We tried to do this in 2022 and did not have enough cooperation to apply for the grant for the paving. With the increased costs for paving this will be the only way to pave this road.
